| Seminar description | The seminar teaches you how to optimize the processes in your company through professional quality management. You will learn how to introduce a quality management system (QMS), how to document it appropriately and how to improve it continuously. To this end, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of quality and process management as well as all the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. As a QM representative, you will gain the competence to support your management ("top management") in setting up and maintaining a QMS. The contents of this course are based on the guidelines for the certification of quality personnel, which are based on the EOQ regulations and are recognized by the DAkkS. |

| Seminar duration | 7 days (in 2 blocks: 3 days / 4 days), each from 08.30 to 17.30 or individually |
| Target audience | The Quality Manager seminar is valid across all industries. Thus, for example, employees from trade, service or health care take part in the seminar who want to deal with the further development of a QMS and should be enabled to put this into practice in the future. |
| Prerequisite | For the acquisition of the personal certificate Quality Manager, a completed personal certification as Quality Representative is required. |
| Conclusion | Certificate of attendance from PEAK PERFORMANCE Ltd. Optional: Personal certificate Quality Manager according to IN EN ISO 17024 an accredited certification body. We will gladly take over the organization of the personal certification for you. |

| Notes | Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 10 days before the start of the first block, otherwise 50% of the seminar costs will be due even without participation. The certification body will determine the admission requirements and conduct the examination for the personal certificate according to DIN EN ISO 17024. This seminar is the 2nd stage of a modular further training. 1st level QM representative (80 teaching hours) 3rd level Quality Auditor (40 teaching hours) |
