Quality management (DIN EN ISO 9001)
Quality is a key success factor for companies. A quality management system (QMS) is said to exist when the following factors are fulfilled: A company comprehensibly records the requirements for its products, services and work processes. It describes how employees are to achieve these requirements. The company also sets itself the goal of improving this quality for the benefit of its customers. And it accompanies, supports and motivates all employees so that they fulfill these tasks.
Environmental management (DIN EN ISO 14001)
Environmental protection, resource conservation and sustainability are becoming increasingly important competitive factors. An environmental management system (EMS) documents a company’s own goals as well as requirements from authorities and customers for environmentally related effects, processes and products. It regulates processes and responsibilities in such a way that these requirements can be met. Employees are thus supported in implementing the rules. With the help of the EMS, adverse environmental impacts of a company can also be significantly improved.
Occupational protection- and health protection-management (DIN ISO 45001)
Employees are a company’s most valuable resource. It is therefore desirable for companies to maintain and promote the health of all employees. The management system for safety and health at work (SGA-MS) uncovers sources of danger in work processes or operating facilities. It helps to design workplaces and processes in such a way that the safety and health of employees are protected. The practiced SGA-MS promotes health awareness and protection in the workplace for all involved.
Energy management (DIN EN ISO 50001)
The handling of energy in a company is both a cost factor and a sign of the company’s own understanding of resource and environmental protection. An energy management system (EMS) records energy consumption, energy efficiency and energy costs in the company in an orderly manner. In the following step, goals and ways to improve these parameters are described. Suitable measures include, for example, technical or structural changes or training courses for employees, who are introduced to energy-saving behavior in the workplace. The EMS supports companies in achieving the general climate protection goals.
Medical products-quality management systems (DIN EN ISO 13485)
Companies that manufacture, distribute or participate in the manufacture of medical devices as part of the supply chain must meet international quality standards and be able to demonstrate this. A medical device quality management system brings a comprehensible order to all of a manufacturer’s work processes and describes them. The requirements of authorities, customers and others affected by production are also recorded in the system. All employees receive assistance to enable them to meet the requirements. Where opportunities arise to improve the system, they are exploited.
Information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001)
Besides quality, environmental protection and occupational safety, information security is becoming more and more important for companies. Phishing emails, phishing SMS, encryption Trojans etc. threaten the continuity of your company. An information security management system helps you to reduce these threats to a minimum. In addition, you increase the security of your employees in dealing with the challenges of the modern telecommunications world and its possibilities and requirements.
