Seminar title	QM representative (QR)
Seminar description	The seminar teaches you how to optimize the processes in your company through professional quality management. You will learn how to introduce a quality management system (QMS), how to document it appropriately and how to improve it continuously. To this end, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of quality and process management as well as all the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. As a QM representative, you will gain the competence to support your management ("top management") in setting up and maintaining a QMS. The contents of this course are based on the guidelines for the certification of quality personnel, which are based on the EOQ regulations and are recognized by the DAkkS.
Seminar content	• Quality Management Basics • Customer satisfaction • PDCA cycle • TQM and quality models • Presentation of the ISO 9000 family • Application of quality management principles • Chapter of DIN EN ISO 9001 incl. operational implementation • QM documentation • process management • Quality tools • Certification and accreditation • Teamwork
Seminar duration	10 days (in 2 blocks of 5 days each), each from 09.00 to 17.00 or individually
Target group	The seminar on QM commissioning is valid across all industries. Thus, for example, employees from trade, service or health care take part in the further training who would like to deal with the basics of a QMS and should be enabled to put a quality management into practice in the future.
Completion	Certificate of participation from PEAK PERFORMANCE Ltd. Optional: Personal certificate QM representative according to DIN EN ISO 17024 by an accredited certification body We will gladly take over the organization of the personal certification for you.

Notes	A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 10 days before the start of the first block, otherwise 50% of the seminar costs will be due even without participation. The certification body will determine the admission requirements and conduct the examination for the personal certificate according to DIN EN ISO 17024. This seminar is the 1st level of a modular continuing education. 2nd level Quality Manager (60 teaching hours) 3rd level Quality Auditor (40 teaching hours)
